News: Collaboration with David Engle

,

For a half decade, the roads of Bloch&Østergaard and David Engle have crossed paths numerous times, leading to inspiration, debate, and new ideas. David has a strong understanding of the significance of purpose and trust in the 21 century leadership.

We share the same mindset and views, and we now team up in order to explore a joint collaboration:

  • We want to change the world
  • We believe in the same “thing” – creating work environments that people want to work in
  • We complement each others competencies
  • We totally dig our Collective Intelligence, where 1+1 > 2

David has a past in several large corporate organizations, e.g. Coloplast and FLSmith, runs Lead21, and is CEO of a startup in parallel with our collaboration.
