Jonas Bladt Hansen (b. 1977) is Advisor in Bloch&Østergaard. He holds a degree as Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Copenhagen Business School in strategy, leadership, and organization (where he got awarded “Student of the Year” for his results and voluntary work at CBS during his studies).
Jonas will be advising organizations on the Future of Leadership, Digital Transformation and Employee Experience Design. In its essence, it’s about creating great workplaces where people love to show up!
In particular he will be focusing on how technology shapes the future and how organizations can reap the benefits of the technological development, especially within the fields of leadership, innovation, collaboration and change communication.
Jonas has a background in – among other companies – DSB and Arla.
Jonas is also a seasoned speaker, taking speaking engagements on topics about Employee Experience, User Experience (Intranets), and how to implement digital solutions. He has spoken at many conferences around the world, e.g. Philadelphia (US), Sydney (AUS), Moscow (RUS), Berlin and Cologne (DE), Vienna (AT), Zürich (CH), and Amsterdam (NL).
